Allison Holker’s Daughter Defends Her Against Backlash Over Twitch Comments

Allison Holker’s Daughter Defends Her Against Backlash Over Twitch Comments

After Allison Holker was criticized for a recent interview about the death of the husband Stephen “witch” bossthe couple’s daughter, Weslie Fowler, came to the defense in an Instagram live broadcast.

Weslie, 16, Holker’s daughter from a previous relationship, whom Boss later adopted, refuted claims that Holker called Boss a drug addict.

“My mom never said Stephen was an addict,” Weslie said, as seen in clips shared by The Shade Room on Instagram. “But when you have two years after someone committed suicide to sit here and question every interaction you had, every thing they did, obviously my mom says, maybe I should have paid more attention…”

Weslie also explained why her mother asked Boss’s loved ones to sign confidentiality agreements after his death. “My mom asked for confidentiality agreements to be signed when we were looking at Stephen’s body, because God forbid someone who went there took a photo and posted it on the Internet or shared it with someone else,” she said. “That’s what confidentiality agreements are for. “It’s not that you can never talk about Stephen, you can never talk about your grief for him, you can’t post about it, that’s not what it is.”

Elsewhere on the livestream, Weslie refuted claims that Holker did not allow Boss’s mother, Connie Boss Alexander, to see his body for three weeks. “Everyone who wanted to see the body had access to that information,” Weslie said. “(Alexander) could have gone to see it completely on his own terms. “My mom was not hiding information.”

And Weslie said she feels “disrespected” by Boss’s family members. “They’ve gone on social media, saying the blood is thicker than anything else, and that’s a direct dig at me and my mom,” he said. “And if you don’t see me as Stephen’s daughter, that’s okay. Take it however you want. “I know for a fact that he never saw it like that, and it is literally painful.”

The teen’s comments come after Holker’s interview with People and before the publication of Holker’s memoirs So far: my story of love, loss and acceptance of the light. TO Peoplethe first dancing with the stars Pro recalled finding a stash of drugs in Boss’s closet after his death in December 2022.

“It was a really triggering moment for me because I discovered a lot of things in our closet that I didn’t know existed,” Holker said. “It was very alarming for me to find out that there were so many things going on that I had no idea about. “It was a really scary moment in my life to realize that, but it also helped me process that he was going through so much and hiding so much, and it must have been really embarrassing at that.”

Alexander was one of the family members who spoke about the interview. “The recent posts spreading lies about Stephen have crossed all lines of decency,” he said in a statement, according to cnn. “As his mother, I will not let these accusations go unanswered. We will not stand by while his name and legacy are tarnished. “He doesn’t deserve this and the kids don’t deserve this.”
